We will email you a quote and then, if you wish to make a reservation, you will need to let us have your credit card details (Visa, Master Card only) by letter, fax, phone or e-mail and we will then hold a deposit equal to the cost of your first night's stay to secure the room.

Reserve with confidence - If your plans change and you need to cancel the booking we will refund this deposit in full provided that the booking is cancelled by email or fax at least 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.

For bookings that are cancelled within 7 days of the arrival date we will make every effort to resell the room and, if the room is resold, the deposit will be fully refunded. If we're unable to resell the room reserved for you the deposit will be retained.
